Pentwater Lake Boathouse

 

This was a fun renovation project. This boat house was a boat mechanic shop from the 70's.

Now it is a great entertaining space including:

an indoor grill, dressing room, bunk room,

rolling island, boat hoist, sea doo parking

and direct lake access.
