    Stovall Construction, Inc. is a premier West Michigan builder and licensed building contractor in the state of Michigan, specializing in building custom homes and quality pole buildings for customers in Oceana County, Muskegon County, Mason County, and along the Lake Michigan lakeshore.

 

 

    We provide a range of construction services, including site planning, home design, concrete work, and home construction.

At Stovall Construction, we consider ourselves to be "hands-on" builders.

What that means is that homeowners who hire us as their building contractor can be assured that we will be doing the majority of the actual work on their home.

 

By using fewer sub-contractors than many other home builders, we have better control over the level of quality in every stage of your home. Doing our own concrete work, we start with the foundation and stay on-site until the last piece of trim has been painted and the last roofing shingle has been installed.

We do have a select group of subcontractors that we have partnered with to furnish electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services, and each is licensed in their industry and dedicated to providing the same high level of quality that we are.

History and Background

 

    Stovall Construction was founded in 1978 by Rod Stovall, a local contractor who was dedicated to providing quality workmanship in construction work for remodeling, home additions, and new homes. As the business expanded in 1984 Stovall construction became a Michigan corporation.

 

    Today, Stovall Construction is operated by Rod’s sons, Scott Stovall and Randy Stovall. Scott and Randy Stovall both have a residential builders license in the state of Michigan. Scott is a former president and continuing member of the Home Builders Association of west Michigan.

Randy is the current vice president of the Home builders association of west Michigan.

 

    Scott and Randy Stovall continue the tradition of their father in maintaining a reputation for excellence in workmanship and customer service. Together they have built a team of employees and subcontractors that serve new and current homeowners and business owners throughout West Michigan.
